ABCD Innovation Center

​The initiative was supported by "the Bridge for CSOs" project implemented by AGBU in partnership with EPF and funded by the European Union

Each year students from Kalavan who are admitted to any state university receive ABCD Scholarship. ABCD Innovation Center uses the income from the Hooga Social Enterprise to run this initiative.

Besides, ABCD Innovation Center has established rural cafe in Kalavan called Hooga Cafe. 
​In the current climate, people are becoming more distant and disconnected from one another. Our aim is to reconnect them via cozy experiences. The Hooga Cafe builds community by inviting closeness through a space of warmth and belonging. We celebrate the everyday with foods of comfort, hand crafted beverages and an experience of togetherness.

​We want The Hooga Cafe to be a part of one’s daily routine. Patrons will eat delightful foods, and drink enjoyable beverages while finding coziness in their Hooga experience; whether that’s popping in for something to go or joining us for a longer stay. 

Hooga Social Enterprise is established in 2017 and is run by ABCD Innovation Center. It is located in Kalavan - a small village in Gegharkunik Province in Armenia.  Hooga Guest House is one of the structures functioning under the Hooga brand. It is a place where you can educate yourself, have a rest and just enjoy the breathtaking landscape.
You will have a unique opportunity to live in an authentic Armenian village and feel not only the nature, but also the culture of this country. This place is perfect for everyone that seeks a good place for meditation, photography, movie making, freelancing, exploring the country life and just travelling.
